So you've caught yourself again in trouble, what, third time this week? You've earned yourself a warning, you're on the brink of getting banned, or sadly this was your last warning and your account has been banned! Well, let me tell you that you're in luck! You can earn the opportunity of getting your bar level back filled up or submit an ban appeal for a banned account. In this thread we're going to explain how this Court House works and its process of appeal. Please read careful, you only get one shot when it comes to banned accounts. Everything will be done in confidentiality.
How it works ::
Here in the Court House of Appeals your are allowed to submit an appeal for your misbehavior, since you cannot follow our rules & you've done damage to your Warning Bar.

• Please submit the appeal entry here within this thread, if a thread is created elsewhere it'll be denied. If judge see's fit (s)he can reject future attempts to any appeals if you cannot follow the given steps.

• You cannot be a returning banned member. (If you've previously been banned and you've appealed, sorry not sorry, you only got one chance and only one. • Our rule still stands: One account per member, but you are allowed to create a new one to make a ban appeal.

• Ban Appeals - ONLY if this is your first ban you can submit an appeal. More than one time offender cannot appeal. • Warning Appeals - Remove a warning, base on judgement passed your reminders given back to you can very. • Reminder Appeals - Reverse reminders before they turn into a warning!

• Once posting your appeal with the correct format here in this thread a Judge will reply within and split/move your thread into a private forum where you can represent your appeal and talk privately. • Once moved to the private sector, you'll be asked to represent your "argument." Make sure to have screenshots, reasons behind the banning/warning/reminder, and reason of wanting an appeal. • After presenting your appeal, judge(s) will find the best call to make for the case brought upon. • Please respect the decisions made by the judge(s).

Banned Members
• If you are a returning banned member, there's possibilities for you to get your account back but with a penalty of a "temporary" ban before getting it back. You may get to keep the second account if granted by the judge but note that this account will be restricted to a lot of things. • Final Call :: No second chances once we uplift your first ban. • Returning banned members can be given their bar level at any level but max, only if the judge sees fit. • Returning banned members can be given their bar level at any level but max, with probation-time. Violation marks can vary, depending on the judge's call. • Please respect the decisions made by the judge(s).
Warning Appeals
• You can only reverse warnings if you still have a 1 reminder left ( ) If your Warning bar shows: you won't be able to qualify for an appeal, it'll be automatically denied. • If warning is reversed, possibilities of still having (up to 3) reminders, depending on how severe your case is. • Warnings can be reversed and access to a full bar can be granted. But before given, you may be in probation for a period of time. • Please respect the decisions made by the judge(s).
Reminders Appeals
• If you are close to turning a reminder into a warning, you may reverse either one or both reminders depending on the time span of the incidents/infractions and based on the Judge's call. • Reminders may not be so severe but depending on the time span difference between the reminders given, you may be put in probation before a final decision is given. • Please respect the decisions made by the judge(s).
